Free Spring Athlete Conditioning Workouts

Beginning Wednesday, March 31 there will be conditioning workouts for all spring athletes grades 7-12 beginning at 2:30 out by the track.  This will run Monday-Friday until April 16th.  Workouts will last until approximately 3:45.
