Fall 2 (Football and Girls Volleyball) Sports and Registration open, Deadline Mon. 2/15!

Hello Millis Athletes and Families!
Fall 2 (Football and Girls Volleyball) sports online registration is open!
Please complete online registration and submit any required paperwork (physicals, concussion education certificates) by MONDAY, FEBRUARY 15th (one week prior to the scheduled start of the season, which is 2/22). Late registrations will not be accepted without specific approval from the Athletic Department. Please visit https://www.familyid.com/programs/2020-21-fall-2-football-and-girls-volleyball-registration to register the athlete for this season if they are planning to or considering participating!
Please plan to submit user fees via online payment or check by Monday March 1st.
Please read through ALL information at the start of the online registration page, detailing all requirements for participation.
Note- if the student-athlete needs a new physical and can't get in soon enough with their PCP, ConvenientMD and the MIAA have partnered to offer $20 sports physicals! Per MIAA, physicals MUST be in-person visits.
