Millis Cultural Council Survey

The Millis Cultural Council is required to do a community input survey every three years.  The current one will be ready to be sent out at  the beginning of next week as we are still finishing up section 5.  We are writing to inquire, if you would be able to send it out via the school list serv to help us reach the largest audience possible.  This survey allows us to get input into how members of the community would like us to determine what groups get grants or not.
