Clyde Brown School Remote Thursday and Friday
Published on Dec 9, 2020 17:46

Good evening,

The Clyde F. Brown Elementary School will be fully remote on Thursday, December 10th, and Friday, December 11th due to the impact of COVID-19 in the greater community.  All CFB students in Cohort B will learn remotely for the remainder of the week.  There will be no in-person learning for any students at Clyde Brown.  This includes special education students, students in the Foundations program, and PreK.  Please understand that Clyde Brown School's move to the fully remote model is not due to any in-school transmission of COVID-19, but rather the the lack of qualified substitute teachers available at this time.  We apologize for the inconvenience to families, but we did not feel we could conduct in-person learning in a safe and orderly fashion with the lack of qualified substitutes.

Cohort B Students at Millis Middle and Millis High School are not impacted by this closure.  Middle and High School students will continue with in-person learning on Thursday and Friday.
