Winter Sports Registration is OPEN! 2 week window!

Hello Millis Athletes and Families!
Winter sports registration is open! Please complete online registration and submit any required paperwork (physicals, concussion education certificates) by MONDAY, DECEMBER 7th. Late registrations will not be accepted without specific approval from the Athletic Department.
Please DO NOT pay user fees until after the season begins and rosters are set!
Please read through ALL information at the start of the registration page, detailing all requirements.
ALL winter registrations, including for co-op teams, should be completed through the Millis FamilyID link provided above, with one exception. Any NEW Boys Ice Hockey players need to be registered through Bellingham's FamilyID for the new co-op. RETURNING players register through Millis to continue their participation with the Hopedale program.
