Graduation and Senior Award Ceremony
Published on Jun 11, 2020 16:07

Good afternoon,

I would like to provide an update on the graduation ceremony on July 30.  The Department of Elementary and Secondary Education has a established regulations for all high schools planning a live, in-person graduation ceremony.

According to the guidelines, only immediate family members may attend.  We are still in the process of figuring out exactly how many people in addition to our graduates we'll be able to accommodate.  Once we have that figure, graduates will know how many guests they can have at the live ceremony. We will also live-stream so other family/friends can watch at home.  Guests will have to pre-register for the ceremony.  Again, we are working on a process on how that will take place and will communicate that procedure once it is determined. Only pre-registered guests will be able to attend.

Please review the attached list of state regulations for the ceremony.

The Class of 2020 Scholarship and Awards Ceremony will premiere on Monday night June 15 at 6:00.  We will be sending out the link for that ceremony shortly.

Thank you to everyone for your support of our Class of 2020.  Last week's Rolling Rally was a huge success and the students were totally overwhelmed by the response of the town.  It was a great demonstration of our Small Town-Big Family!

I can't tell you how proud I am of the Class of 2020.  They are a tremendous group of young women and men who have demonstrated great character and strength as they've faced the COVID crisis.  I am excited to see them all together as they close out their high school career on July 30.

Sincerely,
Bob Mullaney
Principal
