Important health requirements for students entering grade 10 and 11 next year

Good afternoon,
Please see the message from our school nurse, Lynn Molinari about important vaccine requirements for students entering grades 10 and 11 next year. Documentation of these vaccinations is required before the school year begins.
To parents of incoming 10th and 11th grade students:
Please see the attached letter from the Millis High School Health Office for all students entering grade 10 and 11. The Massachusetts Department of Public Health requires the following documents before a student enters school:
Grade 10-an updated Physical exam is required.
Grade 11- Starting in the 2020-21 school year, all students entering Grades 7 and 11 will need meningococcal conjugate vaccine, MenACWY (brand names Menveo or Menactra) for school entry.
