District Listserve for 04-06-20-Corona Virus & Remote Learning Update (note from Superintendent)
Published on Apr 6, 2020 14:28

PLEASE SEE BELOW A NOTE FROM THE SUPERINTENDENT THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO GO OUT WITH THE LAST DISTRICT LISTSERVE.

Dear Millis Families,

We hope you all are well and adjusting to remote learning and staying home! These are extraordinarily difficult times and we hope that we can assist you in adjusting and moving ahead with wellness and learning. Principals have sent out surveys for your input and that information has helped guide us in developing our Remote Learning Plan for the upcoming month, or beyond if necessary.
Attached you will find the guidance we have received from the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education, our Millis Public Schools Remote Learning Plan and a letter with guidelines for remote learning that will help ensure student and family privacy.
All of the staff in the Millis Public Schools are here to serve our students and to help them be well and continue to grow academically. Please don't hesitate to reach out to your child's teacher or Principal with concerns.
We continue to provide meals on Mon., Wed. and Fridays  from 7:30-10:30 at the High School entrance for any family that would benefit.
We appreciate your patience and collaboration during this uncertain time. Please stay home and stay safe. We hope, with all of our hearts, to see you all in the near future.

My very best,
