MetroWest Health Survey: Nov 16
Published on Nov 5, 2018 12:30

Every two years, Millis High School students participate in  the MetroWest Adolescent Health Survey. The questions on the survey cover many risk topics including alcohol, tobacco and other drug use; violence and safety; nutrition and physical activity; sexual behaviors; online behaviors; mental health; and protective factors. This project will help our district develop and enhance its health education and prevention services. This year, we will be conducting the survey for grades 9-12 on November 16.  The survey is voluntary, and parents may opt to have their student not take the survey.  For the past 12 years, the MetroWest Adolescent Health Survey has provided us with valuable data on student attitudes and behaviors.  For more information and to access an opt-out form please click HERE
