Netherlands Exchange Program 2018-2019

Once again Millis High School will host students from The Netherlands in September. We are looking for families to volunteer to host these students for a week (the actual dates have not been finalized yet). This has been a tremendously successful program for our host families and our school. The goal is for the visiting students to experience life in a "typical" American household. During the week, exchange students visit classes at Millis High School, go on various field trips, and participate in events such as the pot luck supper with their host students. Families may also take their exchange student on trips during the weekend and other family activities throughout the week. In April, our students have the opportunity to travel to The Netherlands and spend a week with the family of the student they hosted in September. We are looking forward to continuing our partnership with the Jac. P. Thijsse College (high school) in Castricum, Netherlands.
