LAST CALL - Winter Sports Baseline Testing & Registration - Today & Tomorrow!

Dear Parents & Guardians of winter sport athletes,
If your child needs to take an ImPACT baseline test, I am running sessions at 4pm today (Monday 11/21) and tomorrow in the high school computer lab. I will add a 3pm session tomorrow if 4pm fills up. Please email me at [email protected] ASAP to sign your child up!
Your child needs a baseline if:
1) They have never taken one before and will be playing a winter sport for the school (REQUIRED for hockey, basketball, gymnastics, and skiing, but recommended for all athletes)
2) Their last baseline was 2 or more years ago
3) They have suffered a concussion since their last baseline (post injury testing is NOT a new baseline)

****Also, please remember to register your children on FamilyID.com and submit physicals, concussion education certificates, and user fees BY TOMORROW (Tuesday 11/22) to ensure they will be eligible to participate on Monday 11/28!****
Currently only about 50% of the expected number of winter athletes are registered!
