According to researchers at US News & World Reports, "A great school educates all students from different social and economic backgrounds, exposing them to challenging coursework on the path to graduation. The highest ranked U.S. public schools in U.S. News & World Report's 2019 Best High Schools rankings are those whose attendees demonstrated outstanding outcomes above expectations in math and reading state assessments, passed a diverse array of college-level exams and graduated in high proportions."

Millis High School has been ranked 48th in the state and 1099th nationally by US News and World Reports in their latest evaluation of Best High Schools.  Over 17,000 schools were evaluated by US News & World Report, placing Millis in the top 6% nationally.  Criteria assessed by US News included: college readiness; curriculum breadth; math and reading proficiency and performance; underserved student performance; and graduation rate.

Millis High School is proud of this recognition as one of America's Best High Schools.  It is a testament to the hard work of our students and staff and the foundation of excellence fostered by Millis Middle School and Clyde Brown Elementary School.  More details about the rankings can be found at:
