SUCCESSFUL LOCK DOWN DRILL HELD TODAY
Congratulations to all our Clyde Brown Bears for a successful (and quiet!) lock down drill today - all students and staff were well prepared, and we are proud to say that our school was secure and safe! Good work, CFB!
IMPORTANT REMINDER
For health and safety reasons, dogs are not permitted on school grounds before school, during the school day, or at dismissal time. Thank you so much for your attention to this important reminder!

- Tuesday, 10/16 - Spirit Day! - Celtics Season Opener: wear green & white or your Celtics gear!
LONG TERM SUBSTITUTE:
Kelly Annunziato, our school adjustment counselor, recently went out on maternity leave. We are excited to welcome Laura Loftus as Kelly’s long term substitute. Laura works part time in Natick as a school counselor. She has over 20+ years experience and is thrilled to join the CFB staff until Mrs. Annunziato’s return.
CLYDE F. BROWN SCHOOL COUNCIL: PARENT REPS NEEDED
Looking to make a difference in the school culture/community at CFB? Have some great ideas you’d like to share? Free one afternoon a month? Please consider joining the CFB School Council! We are a group of admins, teachers, parents, and community members who meet monthly to develop and implement a school improvement focus! Working as an advisory to the principal and assistant principal, the CFB School Council collaboratively makes things happen for the children of our school! Interested or need more information? HSA Meeting tonight October 10th at 7pm in the Clyde F Brown Library.
LOOKING FOR SOME PREK - GRADE 1 PARTICIPANTS FOR NUTCRACKER Terpsichore, the Millis MS/HS Dance Club, is looking for some pink poodles and white reindeer for its 9th Annual Production of the Nutcracker. No experience necessary, there is no registration fee, and we are looking for participants ages 3.5 to 7. The production dates are Friday November 30th at 7:00 PM, Saturday December 1 at 3:00 PM and Sunday December 2 at 2:00 PM and dancers only have to perform once. Poodles will rehearse most Thursdays from 4:10 - 4:40 PM, and the reindeer will only rehearse once, the week of the show.
