In Physical Education, student leadership and character development is something we are passionate about and feel is a critical component to developing strong, successful, and confident students. Every trimester, we discuss, promote, and encourage leadership qualities and characteristics. At the end of the term, we honor those students who we feel have embraced and demonstrated leadership qualities by giving them an award and a "Be a leader" t-shirt. The awards are not always given, as we feel that they have to be earned and those who receive them, truly deserve them.
